Transferring Licensees
Key Advantage is a non MLS practicing brokerage and license hanging brokerage that is designed to minimize reoccurring fees yet maintain active license status. The brokerage permits the practice of real estate and maintains some of the highest referral splits in the country. The brokerage maintains some of the highest referral splits in the country. Licensees who are transferring from another brokerage must complete the following forms via DocuSign prior to activating the license under the Key Advantage name:

DOWNLOAD NOWLicensees who are transferring from another brokerage must also complete the required state forms. (state forms must include the broker's signature) The entire licensing transfer process can be completed via DocuSign & US Mail (Click here to start or complete the process)

Specifically, after the broker has completed their section via DocuSign, the licensee will complete the licensee identifying information above section 1 on page 2 of the 504 and Complete / Sign section 8 of the form. (The licensee will then supply the form to the Nevada Real Estate Division with the required state transfer fee noted on the 504)

Traditionally supplied by the prior brokerage as this form terminates the relationship with the prior brokerage and should be submitted to the Nevada Real Estate Division prior to or at the time of the submission of the transfer form 504.
